1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HoraRx mobile application ("App"), operated by VASKO Technologies Inc. ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading or using HoraRx, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Email communication with VASKO Technologies Inc. is subject to our Privacy Policy.

The website may store non-sensitive browser local storage values (such as theme preference) to provide core site functionality.

2. Description of Service

HoraRx is a medication reminder and scheduling tool designed to help users.

• • Track medications
• • Schedule doses
• • Receive reminders
• • Store health-related information locally on their device

HoraRx may also provide optional features such as on-device text recognition (OCR) to assist with data entry.

3. Not Medical Advice

HoraRx is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• • The App does not replace healthcare professionals
• • The App does not interpret prescriptions or provide dosage instructions
• • The App does not guarantee correctness of any medical information

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• • Verifying all medication information
• • Ensuring correct dosage, timing, and instructions
• • Confirming accuracy of any data entered or extracted
• • Managing your medication adherence

HoraRx is a support tool only.

5. OCR (Text Recognition)

The App may provide OCR functionality to extract information from receipts, labels, or other sources.

• • OCR results may be incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect, or misinterpreted
• • Users must manually review and confirm all extracted data

6. Notifications & Reminders

HoraRx provides reminders based on user input.

However:

• • Notifications are dependent on device settings and operating system behavior
• • Delivery timing and reliability are not guaranteed

7. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device.

• • We do not store or access your data
• • Deleting the app will permanently remove all stored data from your device.

You are responsible for maintaining backups if desired.

8. Subscriptions

Certain features (such as OCR) may require a subscription.

• • Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple Inc.
• • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings

We do not process or store payment information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VASKO Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for:

• • Missed doses or incorrect medication use
• • Errors in scheduling or reminders
• • Inaccurate OCR results
• • Any health outcomes or medical consequences
• • Loss of data due to device issues or app deletion

Use of the App is at your own risk and discretion.

10. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• • Reliability
• • Availability
• • Fitness for a particular purpose

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the App for unlawful purposes
• • Misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the App
• • Interfere with normal operation

12. Children's Use

HoraRx is intended for users aged 13 and older.

The App may be used under supervision for managing profiles of minors.

13. Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
